Fresh Hot Homemade Salsa
Serves: 2
  • 4 big tomatoes
  • 2 medium size red onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful of fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 hot chili peppers
  • 1 lime
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  1. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into four pieces. With a spoon take all the seeds out. Cut the chili peppers in two and get rid of the seeds.
  2. Chop all the ingredients, besides the lime, into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Season with the salt and pepper and dress with the lime juice.
  3. Mix everything up and put the bowl in the fridge for a couple of hours so that the flavors can combine.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
If you feel this quantities don't suit your taste alter them in any way you like.
