Bread Toast Sticks with Cinnamon Yogurt Dip
Serves: 2
  • 200 g of yogurt, your choice what kind
  • 3 teaspoons of honey
  • ¼ teaspoons of cinnamon powder

  1. Head up a non-stick pan or a skillet and spray it with just a bit of oil. Cut the bread into strips and lay the strips in the heated skillet. Cook them for a few seconds on each side until they are toasted to taste. I like them to be a bit overdone, because I like the flavor, but you can cook them however you want.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, honey and cinnamon. Refrigerate this for 30 minutes and just before serving sprinkle a bit of cinnamon powder on top of the yogurt.
