Adorable Chocolate Muffins
Serves: 15
  • 300 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 40 g cocoa
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml sunflower oil
  • 125 ml milk
  • 150 g chocolate or chocolate chips
  1. Preheat your oven at 180°C/356°F. In a bowl mix together the flour, the baking powder, the cocoa and the sugar.
  2. In another bowl beat the eggs until you get a uniform yellow color. Then add the oil and the milk and stir until uniform again.
  3. Pour the liquid mix on top of the powdery one and mix again very well, until you get a beautiful dark dough.
  4. Pour the dough in your muffin shapes and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Poke the muffins with a toothpick. If the toothpick is clean when you pull it out they are done. If not, you have to leave them in the oven a little longer.
  5. Serve with a glass of fresh milk.
